Should the need arise to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, there is a 24 hour notice period. If you fail to contact me 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 75% of your treatment cost payable in cash, via online banking, or added to the cost of your next treatment.

If you are able to contact me with 48 hours notice then this will enable me to try and fill your appointment. If I am unable to fill your appointment then there will be a charge of 50% of your treatment prices(s)

 

In the rare event that The Beauty Salon, Southwold needs to cancel your appointment, you will be given as much notice as is reasonably practical and no moneys will be owed.
